Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Guidetrics, a brand of Printrics LLC ("Guidetrics," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Because our products are digital, please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All Guidetrics products are digital downloads (such as PDF guides, worksheets, checklists, and other downloadable files). Due to the instant and downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and the digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are buying a digital product that is delivered electronically;
You will receive access to the product immediately or shortly after purchase;
You waive any right to a "cooling-off" or cancellation period once the download is made available; and
The sale is final and non-refundable.

Why We Have This Policy

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be given back, and we have no way to verify that all copies have been deleted. This all-sales-final policy allows us to keep our prices affordable and protect our creative work.

Problems With Your Order

We want you to receive exactly what you paid for. While purchases are non-refundable, we will gladly help if you experience a genuine technical problem, such as:

A corrupted, damaged, or incomplete file;
A missing download link or delivery email;
Being charged more than once for the same order in error.

If any of these occur, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at Guidetrics@printricsllc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to re-deliver the file, provide a working copy, or correct a duplicate charge. Resolving delivery or technical issues is our goal — this does not entitle you to a refund of a successfully delivered product.

Before You Buy

Please review each product description, preview images, and included details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about what a guide contains or whether it is right for you, reach out to us before you order and we will be happy to help.

Chargebacks

Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a properly delivered digital product is a violation of these terms. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right.
