Shipping Policy

Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipping

All Guidetrics products are digital. We do not ship any physical items, and no shipping fees apply to your order. There is nothing to be mailed to a physical address.

How You Receive Your Order

After your purchase is complete, your product will be delivered digitally by email. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout containing a secure link to download your file(s). In most cases delivery is immediate, though please allow up to a few minutes for the email to arrive.

Please Double-Check Your Email Address

Because delivery is by email, it is important that you enter a correct and active email address at checkout. If the address contains a typo, we may be unable to deliver your product. If you need to correct your email, contact us right away at Guidetrics@printricsllc.com.

Didn't Receive Your Download?

If your confirmation or download email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, please:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders;
  • Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct; and
  • Add Guidetrics@printricsllc.com to your safe-senders / contacts list.

If you still can't find it, email us at Guidetrics@printricsllc.com with your order number and we will re-send your download promptly.

Accessing and Saving Your Files

We recommend downloading and saving your files to your device soon after purchase. Download links are provided for your convenience and may expire after a period of time or a set number of downloads. If a link expires, just contact us and we'll be glad to re-send it.
